Marine
  • Design and manufacture.
  • Reconditioning and cleaning.
  • Supply and fit new gaskets.

Because marine heat exchangers primarily use salt water or fresh water to cool engines in boats, they are highly susceptible to corrosion.

Even when properly cared for with rust inhibitors and anti-freeze, these heat exchangers will still require routine flushes. To thoroughly clean your marine heat exchanger, we will take it apart, flush the tanks and core, and rod out or wet drill the tubes. If there are corroded or broken parts, we can fabricate new components.

We then rebuild your heat exchanger with new gaskets and bolts. Regular service on your marine heat exchanger can extend the life of your heat exchanger and can be less than the cost of replacing the entire cooling package.

Our Durban branch is conveniently located to service the marine industry.
